City Manager
- A working knowledge of financial statements, including trend assessment and forecasting;
- Organizational skills with an eye for efficiencies and the role of technology in that process;
- Communication skills (both oral and written); excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service;
- Knowledge of laws, ordinances, regulations, operations, services, and activities of governing municipal governments;
- Thorough knowledge of public administration, functions structures, and operating routes of municipal governments and modern office management and information systems;
- Knowledge of principles and practices of municipal budget preparation, program, development, and administrations
- Experience in water and waste water operations will be a plus.
Water/Wastewater and Street Department Floater:
The City of Coolidge has an immediate opening for a Water/Wastewater and Street Department Floater. Job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, assisting with Street maintenance, Water/Waste Water facility upkeep, meter readings and repair of water and sewer lines.
Mechanical skills are necessary. Must be able to operate tractor, backhoe and zero turn mower. If you do not possess the skills listed, please do not apply. Must have a valid driver’s license, submit to drug screening and background
